How membership works

Pure Integrative Health operates on a simple monthly membership model, not insurance billing.

Membership is not a substitute for health insurance. Members continue to use their insurance for urgent care, emergency services, hospitalizations, surgeries, advanced procedures, specialist consultations, imaging, and prescriptions. Labs may be run through insurance if preferred, and we also offer reduced-cost cash labs and, in some cases, cash-prescription options using coupons or select mail-order pharmacies.

Pure Integrative Health does not bill insurance. Members pay a flat monthly fee, regardless of how often services are used that month—whether zero visits or several. This model prioritizes access, availability, and thoughtful care rather than volume.

Members typically receive same-day or next-day care (or within 24 business hours), with convenient access through in-person visits, phone calls, video visits, and direct communication via secure texting and email.

Important Considerations

Membership is not intended to replace health insurance.

It is not appropriate for individuals seeking primary care management for severe or debilitating chronic conditions that require ongoing specialty or internal medicine care. Membership does not replace a full specialty care team when complex medical needs are present.

However, membership can provide the primary care foundation and coordination support as part of a broader healthcare team for individuals with more complex health challenges.
