Got questions? We’ve got answers.

Is the Pure small business membership health insurance?

No. Pure Integrative Health is a membership-based primary care practice, not health insurance. Membership provides access to covered primary care services but does not replace insurance for emergencies, hospitalization, specialist care, surgery, or other outside services.

What care do participating employees receive?

Business members receive the same benefits as standard Pure members, including personalized visits, direct provider access, flexible communication, preventive care, and same-day or next-day appointments in most cases.

How much does the membership cost?

Membership is $100 per enrolled employee per month for businesses with 1–24 participants and $90 per employee per month for businesses with 25–49 participants.

Does the employer have to pay the full membership cost?

No. Employers can cover the full cost or share it with employees. A 50/50 contribution is suggested, but businesses may choose the arrangement that works best for their team and budget.
